An apprenticeship pathway program that supports individuals to complete a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Individual Support. Each participant is paired with a tutor to assist with English comprehension, help with assessments and provide mentorship as they prepare to enter the Australian workforce. The program provides structured study skills and workplace cultural awareness workshops. MARSS organises placements and supports individuals with job applications, interviews and resume writing once they have completed their studies.
